“I enjoyed this place, a small drive up sit in your vehicle and get some good food and great rootbeer float. If looking for something new or new to the area, I recommend stopping in. I ordered the chili dog and chili cheese fries with a root beer float. They have a jib hamburger that's like a sloppy Joe, pretty good, and several other options worth giving it a try. Just a heads up, make sure to take cash, but the sign said local checks are OK. The building is on the back side of the street, so you might miss it if you are going down the main street. Just informational. Service was great, and the chili and rootbeer is homemade, I believe the lady informed me.“

I have a bunch of kids so the order was huge and they both were very patient and kind with me as I gave the order. Other chicken places can’t compete in quality or customer service. Each time the staff was amazing and accommodated my gluten allergy like professional with no questions! Zylon had excellent customer service and even provided me with recommendations when I wasn't sure in what to order. He was also accommodating to my special requests and efficient in servicing other customers that came after me. “This is by far my favorite Sonic. Their breakfast burritos are so much better tasting and made than any other location I've been to. My only issue and it's not just at this location. But if you have a stall that does not work or does not accept checking in through the app, put a marker or something on the edge so customers know. It's very very frustrating, especially during busy times.“

“I went through the drive thru in Columbia, MO at the Bernadette Dr location. Mikell greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. He was very accommodating, sweet and professional. Mikell remained calm and didn’t seem rushed/frenzied like most people in drive thru’s seem. He made me feel as though I was the only person that mattered in the world. He made me feel important. It was the best experience I’ve had at any Taco Bell. He definitely deserves a raise!

Another person that I am impressed with at this location is Lisa, the general manager. She is always busy helping customers and employees with whatever they need. She goes above and beyond in all areas of her job. She is so hardworking and it seems as though no job is beneath her. I love that! I can tell she’s an awesome manager. She always has a smile on her face no matter what. She definitely deserves a raise as well! This location is my favorite because of Lisa and how she runs the store.
