“Ended up getting an 8 pc nugget meal with a large fry and vanilla shake when I went for 13.36 - the chicken was kind of tough, but the fries were delicious as always. This is probably the most average Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to - if you like chicken, you'll like this place.

They have a play place for kids if that's something you care about, as well as a big clean dining area. A little costly for what I got, but it was alright. All in all, a decent place to eat!“

“I came in on a Thursday and got the chicken bacon ranch pita a very nice girl named Lillian helped me told me about the menu and suggested it to me she was very kind and I think everyone needs workers like her. I will be coming back and trying nothing else“

“Your staff needs to do a better job when getting orders ready. A few weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru on my way to work. I ordered a Big Bacon Classic and small fries. I got to work and opened the sandwich -- NO BACON! I called and told the "shift manager" about it. He said he'd make sure that staff "does better". Tuesday (7/14/20), I went through the drive-thru (again on my way to work). I ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. When I opened it up, I found a double cheeseburger -- but it looked like the patties normally used on a JBC. Straighten up!“

“Their sandwiches are great, yet a bit over priced. I've been in this place a couple of times and the music is always great, but a bit too loud. It's often a struggle to speak to the person sitting across from me at the table. Not to mention trying to hear my name called when my sandwich is ready.
Other than those two things, it's a great place.“

“I had a 10/10 experience at Firehouse Subs, all thanks to Mattias K. His customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly thorough, repeating everything down to every single ingredient multiple times to make sure our subs were made perfectly. Not only was he attentive to our order, but he also recommended their house cherry limeade (which was fantastic!), chatted with us about their 5-gallon bucket promotion, and shared some great conversation about when they used to have large cups and a different tropical limeade. Even when there wasn’t a line of customers, Mattias stayed active and busy the entire time, keeping the restaurant clean, and tidy. While he didn't personally make the food, the subs were absolutely delicious and well worth mentioning. Mattias went above and beyond to make our visit great, employees like him are rare!“

“So I put the order in for 2 p m on line at 10am. So i go to pick it up and they said they made it at 10am. So they remade it for me as fast as it could. And I felt bad because of the first order being made at ten a m because something screwed up online. Come to find out that they donate it to a charity when not picked up. “We order from this location on Missouri Blvd frequently. The order is always ready in 15 min or less and piping hot. Every time, the pizza is perfect even though we always order half one topping half another. The staff is friendly and kind and it's easy to get in and out for pickup.“

When I got there to pick it up, they were extremely busy and only had three people working. They were working very, very hard and even made my food all fresh for me even though I did not expect that AT all.
