Your staff needs to do a better job when getting orders ready. A few weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru on my way to work. I ordered a Big Bacon Classic and small fries. I got to work and opened the sandwich -- NO BACON! I called and told the "shift manager" about it. He said he'd make sure that staff "does better".

came in around 740am, got a breakfast baconator combo. Chatted with the man at the window, I did not catch his name but his voice was the pre-prompt for when you order in the drivethru. We chatted about being a friendly voice/face to peoples morning and he made sure my food got out asap.
I didnt end up eating until 45 minutes later and the food still tasted delicious.

Really friendly employees, good food. Just needs a little cleanup around the beverage station and some tables needed wiped off. It wasn't busy when I was there.
