Bad attitudes, no one was smiling, the lady getting my order clearly hated her job, and was clearly inconvenienced by customers. Told her that I hoped her night gets better, and she rolled her eyes. No hair nets, cursing left and right. (F-this, F-that) THEN, they failed to make my order correctly. I've tried twice now at this place, when you fail to remove the one thing asked from a sandwich, and your customer is highly allergic (that was fun, Thanks Wendys!)

I asked for barbecue sauce as a dipping sauce. They didn’t even put it in the bag.
I do come here fairly often and since one of the old managers left a year or 2 back its gone way downhill. I just stopped by and was 1 of 2 cars in line..not crazy busy at all. Problem is i get to the window, dude comes to hand me my food, i ask him for some sweet and sour and you would have thought i just asked him to lift a 500lb bag of sand over his head.. dude over exaggerated a deep sigh, rolls his eyes and hands me 1 sauce. Lol.. like come on dude if that bothers you that much then quit, i can see if it was busy or i had a huge order..i had a baconator and fries.. dont be this guy.

Sometimes the employees sound rude or snippy in Drive Thru but ten at the window they were friendly, I believe it's just because they work so hard but the food is fresh and delicious.
