I tried this for the first time and I thought I entered heaven, Chicken was 10/10, and everything was cooked so perfectly and exquisite. The worker unfortunately forgot to give me my drink but other than that, That food made me forget all of my problems and I would 100% eat from there again! 🤤
They've got three people working here and they really need 5. These people are either moving too slowly or just too understaffed. I'm inclined to think it's the latter. The employees had stains and holes in their shirts and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge our presence until we'd be standing there at least 5 minutes. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen provides excellent customer service, with staff members like Zack and Doug going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for customers. Despite being popular and at times under-staffed, the restaurant maintains friendly and helpful employees. The food, such as the chicken and red beans and rice, is delicious, although portion sizes may vary. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine may occasionally be out of service, but the overall dining experience is pleasant. Visit this Popeyes location for good food, kind service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
