Was truly the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I have been in restaurant management for 8 yrs and have never seen such unprofessionalism ever. And this was from the employees to the manager. Last night was a disaster for this store. I will never go back there again.

Store is sooo cold inside you can't stand to be in there 3 times now I've tried to order food and had to leave because of this. I won't try it again. Every one that came in was getting their coats on or as I did left without ordering .

We ordered the 12 and 6 piece wings, as well as the 3 piece combo. Received the 3pc and 12 piece but not the 6, we were charged for the 6, 12, and 3pc.Very disappointed.
