“Chanced to eat here as a pleasant day and they had outside seating. Their caldo pollo (chicken soup) was excellent. Caldo Pollo is a sentinel dish. If a place has good caldo pollo, carnitas, and tamale it's pretty certain everything else will be good. Also had a very good torta cubano. The extra spicy salsa (you have to request) was superb. Love the staff.“

“Was driving through Columbia and decided to stop here. Probably some of the best Mexican food I've ever had, it was delicious and very fairly priced. I think the bill was $45 for 3 people before the tip, and the portions were huge! I couldn't recommend this place enough, the staff is also very attentive, personable, and friendly!“

“The best Mexican food in town! My husband and I picked up food from Pancho's. The chicken burritos we're FANTASTIC 👌. The tacos with the add-ons they had available were amazing! This place is VERY busy, so if you go at lunchtime or dinner time expect a short wait and there maybe a line. But the reward is absolutely worth it. The food is hot and fresh and seasoned perfectly. This is definitely authentic Mexican. Pancho and his family are very nice. They are cordial and friendly, just very very busy preparing your food.“

“Fast service, my order is never messed up, staff is very efficient and polite, food is very tasty. I appreciate that they have Mr. Pibb as a fountain soda option, it's my favorite soda and not many restaurants carry it. They have never been out of any of the foods or toppings. I love seeing them cook the fresh proteins on the grill, it lets me know that they aren't just taking things out of the freezer and microwaving them. I absolutely love the fresh pressed tortillas. They are so delicious and you can't compare a packaged tortilla to Pancheros fresh pressed tortillas. I will always go out of my way to go to Pancheros for fast food vs going to a competing chain that serves packaged tortillas. I have been know to just go to Pancheros and order a large tortilla just as a snack LOL.“

“My husband and I went on a secret taco date after grocery shopping without the kids one time several months ago. We've made this a repeat many times now. We got street tacos. We've had the chicken, steak, and pork. Chicken and pork are my favorites! Highly recommend! The food is always fresh and tastes amazing!“

“Delia's always treats us so well. I brought a group of 16 on a Monday afternoon, and they served us cheerfully despite our inconveniently large party. The dining room is spacious and great for accommodating big groups. Service is a little slower than many Mexican spots, but they always do a nice job.“
