Positives: Delicious fries and burgersNegatives: Floors sticky, soda out of syrup, ice machine empty, napkin dispenser empty, fry sauce dispenser empty. Bun had mustard smear from the glove of the person who prepped (they gladly fixed this). The lobby was not very busy, none of the issues were fixed during the time we ordered and ate.Updated: I’ve added a star after management reached out and acknowledged there were some staffing issues the day we visited. I appreciate the responsiveness.
Great food , poor service. You think with 5-6 people standing around the floor could be swept and moped. Tables dirty ect. " You got time to lean, you got time to clean". All the other Freddy's I have been to have been spotless. Dinning room was empty and had to wait to get order taken.

The quality of this location has taken an absolute nosedive in recent months. Rarely are our orders prepared correctly. Most common issues are missing items (usually fries and sauce), or incorrectly made burgers (wrong toppings). Unfortunately, this is becoming a theme, not an exception.
