Pulled up in the drive thru, was asked to hold on a moment, sat at the drive thru order kiosk for over 4 minutes and never had my order taken, said hello a couple of times, with no answer, as I drove off, I noticed nobody was at the drive thru window. went to Sonic and noticed the 2 cars that were behind me at Freddy's showed up at Sonic, Not a Good Job Freddy's!!!!!

Do not order delivery from here. They do sealed orders for door dash. The policy is to put the drinks in the bags but they do not secure them properly. Also will put custard in the same bag as hot food resulting in it all melting. When asked about it I received a shrug. They don't want to do deliveries and they make it obvious they don't care about customer satisfaction. It is pathetic that McDonald's is better than you at customer service... do better!

Providence location gave my wife very severe food poisoning. They didn't want to make it right. We haven't been back and never will. TERRIBLE customer service..... PS don't drink the shakes we think that may have given her the food poisoning.

My girlfriend and I placed a pickup order and went through the drive-thru, as is our usual practice at Freddy’s locations. However, this particular location didn’t allow us to use the drive-thru for some unknown reason, so she had to go inside. Unfortunately, she wasn’t greeted, and they also forgot one of our drinks. When she went back for the missing drink, the workers gave her unfriendly looks just because they made a mistake. To make matters worse, the food was cold. This entire experience has left us with a negative impression of this location, and for it being our first visit there, it truly set the tone poorly. We strongly recommend visiting the Conley location instead.

The quality of this location has taken an absolute nosedive in recent months. Rarely are our orders prepared correctly. Most common issues are missing items (usually fries and sauce), or incorrectly made burgers (wrong toppings). Unfortunately, this is becoming a theme, not an exception.
