This was the best fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. First time going to Freddy’s and I WILL be back multiple times in the future. This location especially has so much hospitality and care for their customers. 100/10
The manager Neil was very helpful and nice. He made sure to say all the key points and did everything great!
My first time trying Freddys! I told the gentleman at the drive thru it was my first time and he was extremely nice and patient. The burger was really tasty but the customer service is what makes me want to go back even more. I’ll definitely be back!

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a welcoming and efficient restaurant known for its great service. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Amanda, who consistently brings a smile to customers' faces. The menu offers delicious smashed style burgers, a tasty patty melt, and crispy fries. The restaurant also serves a special fry sauce that customers can buy in bottles, along with a unique seasoning that many enjoy. The fries are smaller than McDonald's fries but are cooked with a consistent texture. The frozen hot chocolate shake remains a must-try, reminiscent of a brownie batter shake, while the onion rings have impressed many with their thin, crispy coating. The location is clean and comfortable, making it kid-friendly with reasonably priced kids' meals. It's an ideal spot for a meal after a long day, accommodating even those with specific needs, like low-sitting cars. Overall, Freddy's is a great place for those who are hungry, looking for a snack, or craving something sweet.
