Night manager that gives a darn
This is a Sonic that I frequent often, and the wait times have gotten absurd. My order in the drive through was taken at 9:54 And I didn't get to the winder until 10:16 (with only 2 cars in front of me) and my food was still not ready. Won't be returning anytime soon.
The last two times we've been here, it's been horrible! Last time we got there a little before 10 (you close at 11), pulled up to the drive thru, lights were off and no one came to help us. So we drove around, parked in a spot, pushed the button, same thing. The workers just stared at us through the window. Today... Our ice cream was melted when we got it and when we got home we realized that our burger that we ordered WITHOUT onions not only had onions but had EXTRA onions. And...read full review
