“This is by far the best coffee I have found in all of Columbia! In addition to thwir amazing coffee it is a great environment to study for school! it has lots of natural light and plenty of tables. Currently, my favorite drink is an iced sweet cinnamon latte!“

“I went here based on a recommendation from a co-worker who told me that these guys put Harry's out of business. While I don't know if that's true, they had a very large selection. It was so good that after taking the kids here one Saturday morning, we have made Saturday morning donuts a tradition.“
“I have visited this restaurant many times since it opened. The food is absolutely delicious. Generally, I am also impressed with the service. Usually extremely courteous. Unfortunately, that was not the case this evening. Quite disappointing, as we drove quite far to dine here tonight. We arrived at 5:10 pm, and we're immediately greeted by a dark haired young lady who was clearly irritated that customers were even present. She didn't ask us where we would like to sit, or say welcome, she instead said, "You know we close at 6?". Wow. How disappointing. Sorry to inconvenience you. We did get seated but during the whole meal the server was in a rush, was irritated, was curt and it was obvious he wanted to go home and that we weren't welcome. Food was great. But during the entire experience the young lady and young man, who we learned were siblings, still teens, didn't quite understand how to treat customers. It was obvious that they just wanted to go home. The young man again reminded me that they close at 6. He also yelled at me across the restaurant about whether my check was ready. I am sad for the owner who has worked so hard to build such a great business, that he unfortunately trusts these two young people to take care of his customers, but they don't understand how to do that well. Again, the food was great, but the two siblings working this evening were incredibly disappointing. We will be back but hope that the two teens get better at welcoming customers and learning about hospitality. Great food, as always.“
“Cute cat Cafe near downtown Columbia! $12 for a whole hour and many cats to pet and play with. As a bonus, they are all adoptable. They also have some board games and books to read and a small cafe menu with drinks and pastries to choose from. A great place for any cat lover to check out!“

A perfect place to start your day or study in quiet and respectful atmosphere. Always staffed with knowledgeable and thoughtful people and the ownership is reflected by that. “First time there and it was pretty good! I loved the option to build my own roll and how easy it was to stop in and get it to go. I recommend and look forward to trying some new options soon. P.S. they have nice chop sticks!! And I saw some amazing coffee/teas going out the door.“
“First time I’ve been here and it was a great experience! I got a milk tea which was delicious and some Philly rolls which were also great. From the time I ordered at the kiosk to when I walked out the door with my order was probably only 10 minutes and that was with only one lady working. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!“

“I go to this scooters coffee everyday and sometimes twice a day. I easily spend 15,000 a year at this establishment. The staff is always accommodating to my drink needs. I am rarely seen without scooters coffee in my hand. Recently I ordered my drink inside the restaurant, I recived a sad drink with light whipped cream. Charlie, an employee I have known to do good things noticed my frown, and filled my whipped cream to the top. This goes above my expectations. I was waiting for the line to empty to ask for more, Charlie stopped filled it up and sent me on my way. As I said they are accommodating. There are new employees at times that may not realize the happiness a beautiful drink can make. Don’t be angry when I ask for a new one or a change because I expect what I’m paying for to meet expectations your store promises to deliver. This is why I go everyday. For coffee happiness. Thanks to an amazing team always willing to serve and be very friendly while doing it. I would also like to spotlight a girl with a septum and cool jewelry in drive through in the mornings and the girl in the afternoon with leather stands in her hair. “This place is awesome. I've checked out several coffee shops across the region, and Shortwave stands out for having incredible coffee, tea, and the perfect ambience for studying and hanging. I definitely enjoy the jazzy atmosphere and chill vibes for getting some work done or catching up with a friend. The moroccan mint ice tea was super good as well.“
“I’ve always had great service with this Starbucks nothing to complain about the baristas/staff have always been super nice I usually go through the drive through and I go with my grandpa we went one day and we have seen this staff before and he was hesitant on taking our order because he was asking him (my grandpa) if he was james? and he kept repeating the same question over and over again we finally got our order in then we pulled up to the window and he was flirting with my grandpa asking him if he had a wife and if he had a brother and what is brother did and his name I think that’s very unprofessional my grandpa is 76 he just wants his coffee not to be flirted with I just thought I should share this story because it’s uncomfortable to be asked such personal questions I do not know the baristas names but he had makeup on his face again I love this Starbucks but that encounter we had was just straight up weird“

I especially appreciate the young man that takes my order in the afternoons, he’s funny and service is always quick. With Starbucks under construction, I was in need of a local frappe fix and stumbled upon Scooter's Coffee on Google. I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Their frappees are fantastic! “I have a newfound love and appreciation for Polish food after eating here. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and order the Bigos. It was a food memory for me and my boyfriend—warm, comforting, and delicious. We ordered the sampler plate for 2 and got a little of everything. My boyfriend said the polish sausage was the best he’d ever eaten. All the stars and thumbs up for this little gem of a restaurant.“
