The 3 star review must have been an accident. I'm not sure but my phone will sometimes start an app that is displayed on the screen from inside my pocket.
My wife meets a group for lunch here once a month and they all enjoy it. I drop her off here and then go to the stores that she doesn't enjoy (construction and tools, etc.) while they eat.
You have options for her food allergies that she can enjoy.

I did a fantastic job working with my allergies, they were very sweet and gave fantastic customer service. drinks were amazing. My hash browns were not as crispy as I liked. But overall, food was great.
Ive always had a good experience ordering with them.
