Good service, and the coffee is almost always good, the only thing that sucks is that sometimes the drinks aren't made how they're supposed to be... but they always fix it free of charge.
UPDATE: Remodeled and reopened in Sept. 2023. All seating was removed, both inside and outside. Now a sad Starbucks with no seats, no restrooms, no inside menu board or display case, and no merchandise, such as mugs. Other than waiting on your order, they apparently don't want anyone hanging around.

This Starbucks has updated to focus on speed to love people through the drive thru. It’s definitely faster than it used to be. No longer has seating inside. If you order online the drinks are ready to pick up inside quickly as well. This is our favorite store to stop at in Columbia. It’s located near Walmart and Hyvee if you need to grab some groceries or other items we love getting the warm croissant rolls as well
