“The way this place is managed is amazing compared to other locations nearby like in Columbia, MO where it takes you 20 minutes minimum to get your food with awful customer service. This Ashland, MO location is luxury compared to them and the reason why always comes to management and this location is managed properly and should be noted by the higher ups at McDonalds for a raise because of it. Their quick; efficient, and the food always taste better and fresher. Also, their kitchen, lobby and bathrooms are always clean.“
“I went here based on a recommendation from a co-worker who told me that these guys put Harry's out of business. While I don't know if that's true, they had a very large selection. It was so good that after taking the kids here one Saturday morning, we have made Saturday morning donuts a tradition.“

“I go to this scooters coffee everyday and sometimes twice a day. I easily spend 15,000 a year at this establishment. The staff is always accommodating to my drink needs. I am rarely seen without scooters coffee in my hand. Recently I ordered my drink inside the restaurant, I recived a sad drink with light whipped cream. Charlie, an employee I have known to do good things noticed my frown, and filled my whipped cream to the top. This goes above my expectations. I was waiting for the line to empty to ask for more, Charlie stopped filled it up and sent me on my way. As I said they are accommodating. There are new employees at times that may not realize the happiness a beautiful drink can make. Don’t be angry when I ask for a new one or a change because I expect what I’m paying for to meet expectations your store promises to deliver. This is why I go everyday. For coffee happiness. Thanks to an amazing team always willing to serve and be very friendly while doing it. I would also like to spotlight a girl with a septum and cool jewelry in drive through in the mornings and the girl in the afternoon with leather stands in her hair. With Starbucks under construction, I was in need of a local frappe fix and stumbled upon Scooter's Coffee on Google. I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Their frappees are fantastic!
