“I pulled in to get an order for someone else but hadn’t eaten anything all day. Last minute decided to make myself a mobile order. I had forgotten to submit payment by the time I pulled up so of course payment submitted to wrong card. Staff was completely patient with me as I attempted to correct my mistake while providing them with my verbal order. Ended up with extras I didn’t want so I called the store back. Holly, stores manager on shift answered. I explained the confusion and she was still more than happy to make things right thanks guys for your professionalism.“
“Normally I LOVE Wendy's food. Unfortunately this time my Apple Pecan Salad lacked pecans and bleu cheese. Kind of essential for the salad and one of them is part of the name. The staff was nice and the wait at the drive thru wasn't bad. But when you're paying that much for a salad...it should be right.“
“Ordered five, four for four meals. Got home, no spicy chicken nuggets. Sadness. Took receipt and returned a few days later, and got my twenty nuggets. That's $18 in nuggets. America, demand your nuggets. Yummy Ghost Pepper Sauce. Oh Wendy, so ? .“
“The employees worked very hard this evening. Husband and I had already paid a mobile order, and this location was severely understaffed. I asked if they were able to complete it, and they did quickly and they were so nice. We need to recognize good work!“
“PLEASE give the manager on staff at 3pm on Wed 9/13 a bonus, shout-out, or at least some recognition. She’s running around keeping this whole place together. Taking orders, keeping food from burning, etc. I was waiting at the front of the line for 7 min or so and she gave me an extra frosty that got made. Couldn’t even be irritated with the wait at that point“
