Do not intend to eat at Columbia, Mo Texas Roadhouse after 9 pm. Was told 0 to 10 min wait, arrrived and watched probably 40 people leave all the while waiting 20 min in our stall. i peeked in the restaurant and more than half the tables were open. The waitstaff was more interested in cleaning up, poor timeliness on filling drinks, and never even brought us to go boxes, we quietly paid our bill at the table and left without a server even coming back to the table. I am posting this review as a follow up to my google review from approximately 3-4 weeks ago. Someone from TR commented to my review that they wanted to follow up with me and asked for me to connect with their team by submitting a note to their contact us page on the website.
