The smell alone is delightful🙂
Turn down the music volume. I like a loud vibe but you have to be able to talk to customers. Our order was wrong because the person taking it couldn't hear us. Then the person checking us out was confused because she also couldn't hear us. Seriously?! How does this not occur to competent employees?!
No ice and wasn’t told when ordering fountain drinks.
