They have horrible customer service, they don’t answer the phone, they mess up your order and just give you what they want even if it’s not comparable by price! It’s happened twice!
They shut down their fryers two hours before closing time. Which seems odd for a fried chicken place. Then they’ll direct you to call customer service for a refund just to get the runaround there too. But don’t worry, they’ll escalate it as “very urgent”, not that you’ll ever hear about it again.
They were really detailed on making sure the order was correct, fresh, and as fast as they could go making it fresh. Everything was hot and delicious when we got it. I recommend trying the peach Mountain Dew that is only at KFC. It's refreshing! The atmosphere was calm and I loved the Celtic style music they had playing today.
