It was my first time at Bob Evans. The food I ordered was different from how it was advertised. But at the time of checkout, i guess it was the manager who asked how everything was and we told him it was really underwhelming and he immediately gave us a discount (we weren't expecting it).Another thing I liked about the place was - they didn't charge us for the full meal, as we said no to the side of meat (veg order).Overall it was a nice experience because of the manager.
I'm usually a Bob Evans fan, but this location is lacking. I had breakfast and the hashborowns were severely undercooked, bordering raw. I asked for crispy bacon and got almost raw bacon. I asked again if I could get it crispy and it never came back. The eggs and pancakes were mediocre at best. Service wasn't great either. I won't be back to this location.
