JoJo’s Biscuit Company has become a new local favorite for brunch in CoMo. The food is outstanding, with amazing chicken biscuits, super biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. The menu offers interesting and thoughtful flavors, though some dishes like the huevos rancheros tostadas were saucy and spicy, while the dirty bird sandwich and hash brown casserole were misses. The atmosphere is great, with good coffee and a nice vibe, but the space is small and can be very loud on busy weekend mornings. Service is attentive and staff truly care about the customer experience. The owner makes sure everyone is enjoying their meal. The waitress can be slightly awkward, but the establishment cares about quality. This is a strong, unique, locally owned business. It is a highlight for road trips and a new favorite breakfast spot.
