“Lily the manager is so kind and sweet! I had an order issue (nothing major) but I lost my receipt and she was able to accommodate me 1 time since I showed her I had proof of “reward redemption history” on the app (the app doesn’t show in store transaction history only rewards history..) I am not saying to do this! Always keep ur receipts just incase—just wanted to give recognition to Lilly and the team for the AMAZING customer service!!! ❤️👑“
“Smoothie king is my favorite spot to get smoothies. Because of the high price tag I don’t usually go often. It is definitely a treat for me. But every time I go, I really enjoy my smoothies! Service is quick and workers are always willing to answer my questions. Recently we tried the toasts and they were delicious too!“
