When we walked into the store, the young man was at the counter never said a word couple minutes never said a word. Another lady comes to the service desk and we told her how many and she grabbed two and walked off and never asked us to follow her or anything, my husband ordered and I was not quite ready and so he said just make mine and get her later and that is exactly what she did and I thought that was rude. We used to love this place four years ago when we first moved here! We have had no issues dining in. However, every time I have ordered my food to go something is ALWAYS wrong. Drinks half filled, food thrown around in the box, potatoes half uncooked, missing items. It sucks that it has gone so downhill. Luckily they're usually kind and willing to make it right, but it becomes a hassle to eat here regularly.
