This was exceptionally good Italian food, and at a VERY nice price! When I move to Macomb this next Fall, I'll be at Vitale's at least twice a month! The service was also excellent- very pleasant crew!
Waitress's were totally not trained, or it was all of their first night working.
Had to tell them what you wanted several times. They didn't know the menu.
The side salad was a joke, maybe 1/2 cup of lettuce, on cherry tomato cut in half. A couple tiny pieces of cucumber. The food was good, most of our food was not hot. The bread severed was just heated up a little, dry, no butter or garlic. Took waitress forever to get anything. Then she came back...

Other than it being cold in the building the meal was fantastic. It was cold outside and the heater was having just a little hiccup. I can't remember the name of the dish but it was bowtie pasta with zucchini, mushrooms and supposed to have bell peppers but I don't like peppers. Outstanding!!
