“I am honestly really surprised by all the negative reviews this location has received! I order using the mobile app at least 5 times a week and have not had a single bad experience or mistake. The employees are always nice and the longest I've had to wait in line was about 5 minutes. I highly recommend using the mobile app to place your order, it is really easy to use and their point system is amazing!“

“Doughnuts were delicious. Customer service wasn't that great. I went in around 11:30 am on 11-7-25. When u first walk in there was three people behind the counter. One of the lady employees was talking to a male employee and was using swear words. I told the other lady behind the counter that this was my first time here and did she have any recommendations. She said idk ma'am I've only been here three days. It wasn't what she said it was how she said it. I think swear words should be saved for private conversations and the employee helping me could have explained the products a little better but looked agitated. ☹️“

“Great location and very kind staff. Unfortunately, they’ve been giving me American cheese most of the time when I customized it to cheddar and it’s getting a bit annoying. It didn’t happen much before but the last 6mos it happens most of the time. Coffees became inconsistent around the same time, as well. Ratios just aren’t consistent like they were.“
