Have been ordering from here since we moved early this year. Wait times are insane but well worth it. Unfortunately the rude phone service has steered us to other locations for local pizza night. My wife and myself have had the same issue the last few times we have called to order. We don't mind waiting for hours because the food is worth the wait but the guy on the other end of the phone always seems annoyed, if you don't like working with the public then you should consider a job that doesn't require direct customer service. Sad because we really enjoy the food but we won't support a business that treats their customers as if they are the problem.

Best pizza in the Champaign-Urbana area! They specialize in thin crust pizza and I think their pizza sauce is what sets them apart. It’s a little sweeter than normal sauce and it definitely feels more unique and homemade. If you’re looking to get your pizza quickly I recommend dining in because their demand for carry out is extremely busy. If you call on the weekends as soon as they’re open to place an order for pickup it’ll usually be at least a 2 hour wait because they have so many orders. They also only accept cash, so be prepared.

Great pizza and sandwiches. I've been coming to for years. Try the Italian Beef pizza. The Italian Beef sandwich is great. I had not been in for a while, I ordered a medium Italian Beef pizza, I should have ordered an extra large. Keep up the good work.

Had a group dinner at Filippo’s. Great Italian food….very authentic. Family atmosphere. Friendly wait staff. We dined in. There was great group interaction. A very enjoyable experience.
I’ve been going to Filippos since I was a kid. But this location is something special. Every time my family comes back to visit we have to order. Everything here tastes great. The original crust will always be tried and true, consistently good and the sauce is out of this world. I have no picture to show because every time I ordered it’s eaten so quickly! 10/10

It was my Mom and mine’s first time here . It was a very friendly atmosphere. The pizza was outstanding and got lasagna to go and can’t wait to try it. It is very obvious why there a little wait and we didn’t mind because everyone around us made us feel welcomed. We will be back.

Best pizza in the CU area in my opinion. Their toppings are very high quality. The sauce is delicious, a bit on the sweet side for me at first but every time I eat it I love it more. And of course the rest of their Italian food is top notch as well. If you are going to order takeout on the weekend be sure and call early because they are very busy. You get all of this and great service from a local family owned and operated place. I would give it six stars if I could.
