Our first visit was lackluster but we decided to try again. The second visit was worse than the first. The server acted as though she was inconvenienced by our business. The music was so loud I could barely have a conversation at the table (it was lunch time). The food was ok at best and very pricey. Needless to say, there will not be a third attempt.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant does not offer the traditional kids staples like chicken tenders or hot dogs.

When this was Casa Madera it was amazing! The staff and food were exceptional. The new business and owner are horrible. Would not recommend at all! Take the drive to Taco Bell you'll be

This restaurant is operating under another name and owner now, not sure what the name is. Service was terrible and the food was not great. Tiny margaritas with almost no alcohol in them. Gristly steak tacos that are also tiny. Probably wait for this place to go out of business and another mexican restaurant pops up here.
Wow! Haven't traveled back to grandma's kitchen in a long while. I had the pleasure to devoure their Steak Dinner. From the acquired seasoning to Maria's Salsa wow. I honestly can say I left an empty plate. Price is reasonable, but over all freshness and very well seasoned steak is what did it for me. I definitely recommend her menu. Stop on by Marengo seems like we have a hidden GEM.
Chil reanos are awesomeChicken enchiladas are very goodWorth returning for another visitThank you Maria for excellent service and taking the moment to appreciate our experience ❤️

Parking: Many easy to reach parking spots
I loved the taco Tuesday deal!
The music was very loud in the resurant hard to hear eachother talk. They were out of a few items on there menu and the kids nuggets were still raw. The rest of the food was good tho. Service was average.

Eh this local has had a Mexican restaurant as long as I've been in the area. This one, it's not bad it's just extremely mediocre and overpriced its interior was never super nice but now they got ride of the booths and it feels a lot less nice. But the prices seem pretty steep, I imagine part of that was drinks but it still came to over 60 dallors for three people. At that price even at today's gas prices we could have went somewhere else had better food and still have spent less.I wasn't bad besides the price, but it didn't stand out in any meaningful way and was nothing special. I dont drink and there was bar, maybe that's where the new owner puts the focus.
Parking: Parking is a nightmare either right on rte 23 or a little parking lot round back, it ices over real bad and it's a bit of a walk, to the back door of the restaurant.

The tacos there are delicious, we've tried them all (chicken, steak, pork & chorizo) ?Rodger was fantastic at tending the bar, as usual. Spacious outside seating/ hangout for warm days/ nights. Highly recommended ?

1st time and last time going there. Came in and ordered take out. I ordered 3 burritos. When the order came up I noticed only 2 boxes and said hey where's the 3rd burrito I was assured there where 2 burritos in one box. I get home and there is only 2. I never ever complain on here. But when you live 20min from the place and all they can say is we will just give you your money back for the missing burrito is just terrible.
Great drinks, great tacos! Must come try! Roger is the guy!
This is now casa Madera and it's great. Cinco de Mayo party tonight
Food and service were below par. Appears food is not prepared in house, reheated. I had chicken enchiladas, worst I have ever had. Rice and beans also equally below par. Margaritas were tasty, although a bit overpriced. Will try authentic Mexican restaurant down the street. Very disappointed.
