Visited Niko's on 07/18/2024. There were seven in our party and we were in the area on vacation. Impressive restaurant, the atmosphere, décor, our server was friendly and welcoming. Then it all went down hill! This establishment thought it to be a good idea to turn the volume level up on the bar/lounge TV so loud (WITH POLITICS) that we couldn't even here one another speak. This took place just as our food had arrived to the table. We came here to dine and enjoy family.... not be ambushed with POLITICS! It was outrageous! We choose to box our entire meals and we ate them cold at the campground. The owner/manager was dancing around with a cardboard cutout of Trump and chanting like a lunatic! And just for the record, the cutout could have been Biden, wouldn't have mattered. I'm certainty glad this isn't my local area that I call home. This place of business should be ashamed!!!

We come in almost every Thursday for oysters and dinner. The staff and the food is always wonderful! I hosted a baby shower this weekend, the staff went above and beyond for our event! The food was incredible for the buffet that was set up. Thank you Niko, Randy and staff for all of your hard work!

If you're looking for great food with great service Niko's is a must. We haven't been disappointed yet. Prices are reasonable and plan on a doggie bag. All staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. A favorite for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous place to eat. Portions were large, you will take plenty home, steaks cooked perfectly, wonderful staff, Niko was the perfect host. This is by far one of the best restaurants we have been to.

Seriously 15+ dollars for any sandwich? You can go to the loop in downtown Chicago and get better and pay less. You literally cut the menu in half and charge 50% more and wonder why you are the slowest bar in Marengo.
