The drive thru window person was not very clear, did not give directions as to what to do. I ordered online, but I wasn't told to drive up to the window, Then I was missing one of my cinnamon twists, and the window person handed me the bag of food and shut the window. No thanks for stopping or that's all. Nothing, so I was very confused by this person. I have never had an experience like this before. I'm not stupid, but usually you get told please pull up and thank you for stopping.
Ordered 6 box meals from the app, and none of them came in separate boxes like they should, so we had to figure out what was what, and each box contained 5 items. On top of that, they said the food was ready, and we still had to wait about 5 minutes for them to give us our food.

First time ever at a Taco Bell. I ordered 3 soft Tacos. The order was quickly prepared, but the food was disappointing. The meat was barely warm, not hot. The lettuce was green, but soft and limp, not crunchy. Edible, but not worth coming back for. The eat-in atmosphere is not enhanced by whatever stupid program was running on the TV set. Silence is better than annoying TV chatter.
