Drinks are okay! But was left confused when I had asked one of the employees to double stack a drink carrier because of how flimsy they are with 4 large drinks. The employee told me she would get into trouble by her boss because if she did that!! I didn’t think I was asking for much, let alone get someone in trouble for a 15 cent drink carrier.
All right, I'll admit it. I'm addicted. They're white mocha coffee is fabulous. I like the rewards. I think you get a free coffee, any size, after you purchase 10. Sometimes the music's too loud and the shorts are too short, but other than that it's my favorite place.
It's usually great service. Staff is quick, polite & dedicated to providing quality beverages! Today I'm nit sure they lacked employees or what. But the wait was long & it seemed they had a hard time knowing which drinks went where
