I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Madelene (I believe that’s her name). She was so kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated her kindness. She called my name when she placed my drink at the counter, which I appreciated, and later she had an extra latte she had made that was going to be thrown out and kindly offered it to me. I had to decline because I’d already had enough caffeine for the day, but I really appreciated her thinking to offer it to me anyway....read full review
