Donuts are really good. But are they smaller than they used to be?
My only complaint is they do not honor deals and promotion on their app so if you make a mobile order and use any of those deals they will cancel it. I've talked to employees and it's not them physically cancelling but the system because their owner doesn't do promotions. I think the app needs to reflect that. So my complaint is more with the app then this location but also this location was super firm in not honoring the deals from the app even if it's a mobile order and paid...read full review
