This place had a great patio. The tortilla chips were extra thick and crunchy. Salsa was middle of the pack but good flavor. I had the chicken burrito Chipotle. It had good flavor. Very simple dish. Beans had some kick to them.

I'm originally from Indianapolis, IN and I moved to So. IL 3 years ago. Don Sol is hands-down the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to in America, having visited Mexican restaurants all over the country as well as Cabo San Lucas, MX. Don Sol is the closest to authentic Mexican that you can get in this region. Don Sol's service is unmatched and always fast.
