We want to thank Richard at the Marion, IL location for a very pleasant experience. Friendly , prompt service despite short staffing. He does a great job!
We had a wonderful experience yesterday.. Olivia was the store manager making sure that our experience was great and making extra certain that we had everything we needed. All staff was very friendly and hard working. They were respectful to each other even in busy rush of 2 buses and lunch time. Thank you!!

McAlister's Deli offers a great variety of vegan and vegetarian options, with standout dishes like the baked potato and veggies, and a selection of delicious salads. The chef salad is generous and tasty, complemented by a flavorful honey mustard dressing. The broccoli and cheddar soup is a must-try. While prices may not be the cheapest, the friendly staff and quality of food make it a solid choice for a satisfying meal. Recently, customers noted that the food remains good, although there were some issues with orders, including mix-ups with baked chips and pickles. Despite this, many praised the staff for their friendliness and prompt service, highlighting the clean environment and suggesting that other locations could learn from their example.
