Small fry & large fry same size 😒 $33 for a 3 piece, 5piece chicken tender with the cheese fries & the cheese curds...no thanks. Culvers has better cheese curds.

Food arrived hot and fresh. Was able to order at the counter. The place was freezing cold! Restrooms could have used some attention.
Orderd one burger. At 3pm, maybe like four other people in store. 25 min. Traveling from Iowa, lost time, and the order was wrong. Asked for more Patties. We just left. Four people chatting and laughing at the ice cream by the drive through. Would love to not get home at 3am because it takes half an hour to get a single burger at three am

Some Freddy's have gluten-free buns. Unfortunately, this location did not. The counter girl was very nice and helpful.
I waited a few minutes for my food. I got back to my hotel, next door, and the food was cold (patty melt/ fries), and hard (fries).

We didn't have the best experience in the drive-thru this time. Not only were we not attended to with no cars ahead of us, but our food took a long time, wasn't correct when we got it, and the burgers overcooked. The fries were fresh. The restaurant did offer a discount, which was nice, but we still were disappointed and we lost considerable time on our trip.

Went through the drive thru 5/16 and the service and food was great. I got my burger wrapped in lettuce and it was put together so nice.
