We walked in to the worst hostess who was so rude and acted like she didn’t want to seat us. After being treated so rude by her when she seated us, we walked out. It was an embarrassment because I had out of town guests with me after I had raved about how good the place was.
we had the best sever!! she was so nice and polite. I think her name was Brittany
Food was fabulous! Chef was awesome. 👏 server friendly, but probably needs additional training. Would disappear often and we waited quite a while for service from him.

Fujiyama | Japanese Steakhouse is a fairly typical hibachi restaurant with a nice, updated atmosphere. Guests can choose to sit for the show where the food is cooked in front of you, or at a table or booth without theatrics. The menu offers typical hibachi options alongside multiple sushi choices. The sushi never misses—fresh, flavorful, and always beautifully made. The hibachi guys are entertaining and make delicious food. Servers and waiters are great, quick, attentive, friendly, and polite. Some dishes like the Tornado Roll, steak, scallops, and broccoli are good, though the teriyaki steak could be marinated longer for more flavor. The mushroom soup and broth-like soup were disappointing. The salad is crisp and fresh.
