However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a concern, with dirty floors, unclean bathrooms, and sticky drink machines. While the dining area's cleanliness is inconsistent, some areas are exceptionally clean, particularly noted by customers. The staff is helpful and fast, and many find the place very kid-friendly. There is plenty of convenient parking, making it easy for families to visit. However, the driveway has potholes that could use attention, especially for those using the drive-thru. Customers have also mentioned issues with the size of the chicken pieces in the 16pc Family Meal, which can be disappointing given the price.
