I tried this place a few times but the donuts icing has always been like super liquidy so when they put it into a bag the tissue paper sticks and pull all the icing off of the donut…. Waste of money and makes it a horrible mess to eat them. Never going here again lol

Do not come here this place runs rude employees. I came here on a Sunday at 3:30pm and they kept saying they didnt serve food right now and that they didn't have change for a 20 so I ended up not getting anything the cashier was rolling her eyes on me every time I would order something

Oh no. Never again. Went to get a refresher it was so nasty. I didn’t get a receipt. The woman didn’t ask my preference on green tea or lemonade I’m so use to getting it one way I forgot to say green tea. But I should have been asked to so. It was horrible. The wait was long.
This location has became horrible overtime as all iced coffee now come with little to no ice???? Are they really trying to save money on ICE and not make the proper drink?? Coffee is horrible and watered down as well. It’s a disgrace because I used to be a daily customer. Stop cutting corners and make coffees the right way.

2nd day order was simple medium coffee with oat milk & 7 sugarsMilk was spoiled & they didn't give me a recipe don't go to this dunkin donuts they obviously don't check dates on their oat milk & who knows what else
Their restrooms are out of order. So if you are traveling on freeway and think of taking coffee and use restrooms, this place is not for you. Better use Taco bell or Macdonald nearby

came on 11/14 around 9:40am and my order was completely wrong. too busy rushing and fast talking you. and not trying get the accuracy of the order. came in twice and they had an attitude for having to fix their mistake. manager rushing having an attitude aswell.

I moved to the area about a year ago and this is the closest Dunkin to my house, the most convenient. I spend over $4 a day at minimum and sometimes up to $10 a day if my son comes with lol. I am dissatisfied and disappointed every single time. I order the same iced coffee every day, and the drive thru person thinks it’s hilarious that he can recite my order and he’s so bothered I’m at the drive thru however him and his team can not even get the order correct. I always leave without liquid sugar they give me regular sugar and they always forget to add a donut or two. Just really terrible customer service, no brains.
