Jerk Flavors Restaurant & Lounge

The food and service at this location was terrible, they were so rude when I asked if my food could be remade. I will never come back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. My Tacos had bones in it. I even then asked for a refund and was denied my refund to me not liking my food or service.

Ok yall.. 11/22/24, I have given this restaurant many chances! When I FIRST patronized this lil jerk spot it was good! But every single time since the 1st time it has been less & less.. that’s on taste& quality. I spent $40 on two mixed jerk dinners with 2 beef patties & 4 pieces of bread
Jerk chicken… DRY ASF! Like this chicken is NOT FRESH! It was NOT just prepared… DEFINITELY been sitting! No “jerk” sauce… I guess I was supposed to ask for it? What makes the chicken JERKED without the sauce? Oh I thought this was a JERK/Caribbean restaurant🤷🏽‍♀️ No napkins No utensils
For some reason bread is an extra (4 pieces for $3) I also feel like rice & beans was standard with the Jerk Chicken then you choose your sides! I asked for double cabbage… but that Didn’t MEAN I Didn’t want the rice & beans… again I guess I should have asked THEM
The beef patty was ok… soft in the middle hard around the edges 😐
This food is just room temperature warm… NOT HOT, not freshly made & cooled off warm. It was made earlier today or warmed up earlier today from yesterday’s food & been sitting & waiting to be sold!
I understand that ALL of us are feeling the strain of high prices &food cost.. BUT PEOPLE… where do we draw the line? What is the standard? I’m damn near OVER eating out! It’s like restaurants are just doing anything at this point. On TOP of they really not that friendly! If you’re going to serve SUBPAR FOOD AT LEAST BE FRIENDLY

Had rib tips really didn't have any flavor from any seasoning. Not impressed at all definitely won't eat here in the future

There's better jerk out there.
They were nearly out of everything when we went in to place an order at 1pm on a weekend. The place was absolutely empty, yet the server seemed agitated when we were just asking about menu items. E.g "Hello! Could we place an order for a large mac-n-cheese?" Cashier: "(eye roll) I have to ASK the back if they have any! (Chews gum with mouth open)."
The plantains were overcooked and mushy like applesauce. The chicken was decent, but on the dry side.
Overall, the service was poor, the food is mediocre (at best) and the place looks like it belongs in a third-world country.
As I said before - there's better jerk out there

Please shut this restaurant down they are completely rude and nasty I had black hair in my pasta with no chicken and the lady had the nerve to get mad at me mind you I opened my bag of food in front of her they are very unprofessional disrespectful not clean at all I will never send anyone here ever they called me all out my name because they had hair in my pasta with no chicken and got even more madder after I ask for my money back

This place sucks......They use to have some good jerk tacos,They was 2-7$ now their 5$ each as if their off the chain... Brought 3 tacos paid 16$ and all three was terrible,Dry the meat tasted old naw I'm cool diff won't be back unless they are the last jerk place open in the world 🌎 and still probably wont

Place used to be great. Recently went and got the oxtail dinner and the food was horrible. Like the last comment, was very pasty, rice was slimey. Will not be returning.

Smh. Straight up dog food. Horrible customer service. I ordered jerk chicken Alfredo I git knorr noodles from the microwave. I also order white dinner and beef patty so far the only thing worth having is the rice and peas. This place is a joke they need a new cook and to fire the Hostess.

Bad experiences all the time. Tacos are horrible, How you still have old prices online but when u come in person it's a different price. I've referred this restaurant to several people had parties and everything and this is the thanks I get. I've complained n nothing has changed. My ppl still go up there and still I gotta here the negative things

The first time we came we ordered the whole chicken with dark meat. It was very good and you get a lot of chicken for the price. The second time we came we ordered the oxtails. They were horrible. Lot of sauce packed on top of about six oxtails that were old and had an extremely small amount of meat on them. The sauce seemed to be covering up the poorly executed oxtails they seemed like they have been sitting around all day. We would come back but only for the whole Jerk chicken. Customer service was just okay. Nothing bad, nothing exceptional.
