I ordered a corn beef sandwich which was not on rye bread but served on white bread one regular slice and one butt end of the bread and was given pickles chips, not a slice pickle.
The meat was salty and did not taste like corn beef.

Jumbo Shrimp was delicious.

Food was hot fresh and delicious Jimmy's was also clean and presentable the service was professional and courteous thanks Jimmy's for a job well done 👏. 😊 I will be back.

Needs to follow. Uber eats instructions., if someone allergic to ketchup and it says no ketchup then don’t add ketchup…..

I ordered online first and they called me saying they don’t get online payments so I came in order my food ask the mind with the messed up eye do they have mild sauce he said they didn’t have it and it was right behind him the I ask do they the lemon pepper seasoning and he told me they only put salt then he was rude also I wasn’t even smoking my vape screaming at me stop smoking that vape we don’t alow , my food was ready and I asked for my money back I won’t be spending my money here if I have to get treated like that and I don’t recommend either

The food was super fresh. Order chicken wings and catfish filet. The staff was nice and friendly. They have my daughter a sample slush whole we waited for the order.

Ordered a catfish steak dinner 3 piece.....And only got 2 steaks call up there and he's acting like the order is right.... did I ask for a all steak dinner or just 2 steaks and a horseshoe No!! ALL STEAKS!!!! THIS USE TO BE MY SPOT NOW ILL JUST GO TO SHARKS WERE THEY GET IT RIGHT!

I am so upset with my order today. Jimmys is normally my go to spot when I don’t feel like cooking. I usually call and order directly through the restaurant but today I noticed that DoorDash had two Philly steaks for 16 bucks. Because of this offer, I decided to order through DoorDash thinking I got a great deal. When my order arrived, and I opened it & I was very surprised. the sandwiches I ordered Were all bread. It looked like someone made enough meat for one sandwich And then split the meat between the two. When I scooted the meat to the side to try to make up for what was missing, I really only had enough meat for a half of one sandwich. Seems like when you order through DoorDash and get these deals you’re not getting the same quality you would if you were to actually call or go in Person. The only reason I gave two stars today was because I did get a third sandwich however it was a different type And that one was actually OK.

Fried chicken was crunchy, juicy, and delicious. Was offered lemon pepper or Cajun seasoning, went with the Cajun. Ash that took my order was super friendly and accommodating. I was full before I finished my 5 pieces and fries and I only spent $10. Highly recommend.

My wife and I initially had trouble selecting a restaurant this morning, eventually choosing Jimmy's in Canterbury after facing delays at two other establishments, we couldn't agree with the third and disappointment with the fourth. We ordered 2 of the 'pick any two' deal which included jumbo shrimp, wings, catfish nuggets all with lemon pepper and 3 chicken tacos. However, the tacos were cold and everything else lacked the requested seasoning. Jimmy's explained that their new lemon pepper seasoning is lighter. After verifying with my wife, I called back to address the issue, but the representative's offer of free lemon pepper was inadequate for the inconvenience.
This experience highlights Jimmy's Fish, Chicken & Grill's requirement for improved customer service and attention to detail.
