Jimmy`s Fish, Chicken & Grill

Had Jimmys for the first time last night and it was DELICIOUS the lady that answered the phone was super nice she helped me with pricing and didnt rush me wasn’t impatient and was extremely accommodating. I ordered a catfish fillet with a medium shrimp, shrimp or cooked to perfection. They did lack seasoning, but it was OK because I drowned them in hot sauce anyway, but the fish was also cooked to perfection. It was soft and flaky and just overall completely delicious. I will say i wasn’t a fan of the fries though they were kinda over cooked and dry but other than that food was delicious I’m literally in the process of ordering me some food from there right now if you haven’t tried them definitely a must you won’t be disappointed

If I could give them less then one star I would. The employee I talked to was very rude and hung up in my face. I was told they deliver up to 3 miles of the store location. My house is 2.3 miles from the store location which is 6 mins from my home. I called back and told this to the employee who told me “he just work there he doesn’t make the rules” then proceeded to hung up in my face. Whatever you do stay away from this place, because if they treat the customer over the phone like this how are they treating you food when no one is looking

So I usually don’t do this but I believe the owner needs to know about the person running their restaurant! I patronize this establishment often today was not a good experience, after spending $40 on 3 items the cashier/ person in charge had a very off putting attitude I asked for some more peppers for my nachos which I was only given exactly 5 slices for my large steak nacho I was rudely told that extra peppers would cost me nothing is free so I brushed it off and asked for taco sauce for my nachos which she replied that only tacos come with taco sauce like isn’t my meal a Mexican dish she said that it don’t come with the nachos and said she was going to charge me for the sauce! She is very rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be left in charge! I was going to ask for a refund and spend my money elsewhere, but given her attitude I knew that would be a whole other problem! We’ve got to do better especially if you’re in the customer service business!

As much as it pains me to post this review, let’s get into it couple months ago. I bought a pan of 20 wings. Apparently, they changed the batter. Six of the wings were not edible because they were over fried hard and almost broke my tooth and the flavor was not good. They must have changed the cooks and batter yesterday. I purchased Two gyros And a fry I took three bites. It was extremely salty. My stomach instantly start hurting and I start throwing up overall I will never go back to this place due to the fact of the food is horrible now.

I ordered a corn beef sandwich which was not on rye bread but served on white bread one regular slice and one butt end of the bread and was given pickles chips, not a slice pickle.
The meat was salty and did not taste like corn beef.

Jumbo Shrimp was delicious.

Food was hot fresh and delicious Jimmy's was also clean and presentable the service was professional and courteous thanks Jimmy's for a job well done 👏. 😊 I will be back.
