Ordered a catfish steak dinner 3 piece.....And only got 2 steaks call up there and he's acting like the order is right.... did I ask for a all steak dinner or just 2 steaks and a horseshoe No!! ALL STEAKS!!!! THIS USE TO BE MY SPOT NOW ILL JUST GO TO SHARKS WERE THEY GET IT RIGHT!

I am so upset with my order today. Jimmys is normally my go to spot when I don’t feel like cooking. I usually call and order directly through the restaurant but today I noticed that DoorDash had two Philly steaks for 16 bucks. Because of this offer, I decided to order through DoorDash thinking I got a great deal. When my order arrived, and I opened it & I was very surprised. the sandwiches I ordered Were all bread. It looked like someone made enough meat for one sandwich And then split the meat between the two. When I scooted the meat to the side to try to make up for what was missing, I really only had enough meat for a half of one sandwich. Seems like when you order through DoorDash and get these deals you’re not getting the same quality you would if you were to actually call or go in Person. The only reason I gave two stars today was because I did get a third sandwich however it was a different type And that one was actually OK.

They have great customer service food is very good n its very clean

Fried chicken was crunchy, juicy, and delicious. Was offered lemon pepper or Cajun seasoning, went with the Cajun. Ash that took my order was super friendly and accommodating. I was full before I finished my 5 pieces and fries and I only spent $10. Highly recommend.

My wife and I initially had trouble selecting a restaurant this morning, eventually choosing Jimmy's in Canterbury after facing delays at two other establishments, we couldn't agree with the third and disappointment with the fourth. We ordered 2 of the 'pick any two' deal which included jumbo shrimp, wings, catfish nuggets all with lemon pepper and 3 chicken tacos. However, the tacos were cold and everything else lacked the requested seasoning. Jimmy's explained that their new lemon pepper seasoning is lighter. After verifying with my wife, I called back to address the issue, but the representative's offer of free lemon pepper was inadequate for the inconvenience.
This experience highlights Jimmy's Fish, Chicken & Grill's requirement for improved customer service and attention to detail.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! This is the second time that I have gotten bad food. Every since the young boy started working there, it has been bad service. He does not know how to talk to customers and his attitude is terrible. I just left there and ordered $40 worth of food and aked for lemon pepper on all, got home and it wasn't any on none of my food. I called back and the only thing they stated was that, I will give u a cup of lemon pepper if u come back. I live 15 minutes away and by the time I come back, my food will b cold. The chicken tacos were already cold and without the lemon pepper the food taste completely different. I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD U. They just want our money and gives us horrible service and food.

I ordered the lunch cheeseburger special the bun was hard and the burger was dried out.My first time trying this spot.I will never order a burger from them again.

Jimmy has a very good delivery service. I order from them all the time. Chico is very polite over the phone, when I place my orders.

Let me just say if you can't go inside this restaurant, I would recommend you not to ask for delivery at nighttime from them because you never get your food on time and then when you finally get it. Its all cold and you just going to waste your money. Then the men at night has a bad attitude problem that works there. I will not be eating from them anymore

This used to be my favorite spot until they change owners Now with change comes ridiculous prices and cocky service. Plus the charge almost a dollar for the use of debit card.

Honestly the wait is too long here for something simple like a Italian beef. Waiting 10 minutes on a Italian beef when there only one other patron in the store just to have cold french fries.
