Patrons were told to pull up to the window to place order. Only one window was utilized. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes JUST to place an order for a mcchicken. I asked the staff how long would it be for my order and she stared at me and never answered my question. Multiple cars have driven off. This is ridiculous. I will never return to this location and I will be following up with a phone call to the general manager about this piss poor service.

You need to provide training for your staff on manners. I stop every morning for at Diet Coke and at least 3 days of the week your morning staff is rude. They don't speak to you unless telling you the price. Ridiculous...manners go a long way when serving the public. I always say thank you and have a good day and get no response.
