This place is exceedingly terrible; I was confronted with intense racism as they refused to sell me food. I cannot comprehend why. I tried every means possible, including waiting at the door, yet it remained closed to me, despite this establishment operating 24 hours. I do not understand the reasoning behind this or the intent, so I resorted to using the drive-thru service. It is truly a profoundly painful experience.

This is ridiculous my order is never right and I keep coming back because its in my neighborhood. Today I ordered steak and biscuit meal.. My sandwich dont have steak just egg and cheese. I should've checked it before pulling off because im at work now. This is it I cannot continue to support this location.
The food is always OK. The only thing that needs to be worked on is how the staff communicates with each other and also how they talk to their customer.

I am writing to file an urgent complaint regarding a deeply upsetting experience I had at your location on July 25th, 2025 at 5:08 AM, at the McDonald’s located at 3010 West 159th Street, Markham, IL 60426 (Store #738). My order number was #29, placed through the drive-thru.
The female employee who took my order displayed extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior that left me shocked and disturbed. She was short-tempered, abrasive, and handled the interaction with a clear attitude of hostility. Her tone was aggressive from the start, as if my presence inconvenienced her.
The situation escalated when she slammed the drive-thru window in my face without a word and then stormed off visibly angry, muttering what I could clearly hear were profanities in the background. I was left sitting in my car feeling disrespected, humiliated, and completely disregarded as a paying customer.
This is absolutely unacceptable. No one should be treated with such blatant disrespect—especially not at 5 AM when I simply came in for a meal on my way to work. I am beyond upset and feel this deserves immediate attention from management.
I am requesting a personal phone call from upper management or the franchise owner regarding this situation. I need assurance that this will be investigated and addressed seriously, not brushed off. I can be reached at:

I am following up on a serious complaint I submitted regarding the extremely unprofessional and hostile treatment I experienced at your Markham, IL location (3010 West 159th Street, Store #738) on July 25, 2025 at 5:08 AM (Order #29).
Despite the severity of the situation—including a staff member slamming the drive-thru window in my face and cursing audibly in the background—I have not received any acknowledgment, apology, or follow-up from your team. This continued silence is unacceptable and only adds to the disrespect I experienced that morning.
As I stated in my original complaint, I am requesting a personal phone call from management or franchise leadership to discuss how this matter is being addressed. I want to ensure that this behavior is not being tolerated and that no other customer will be treated in such a demeaning way.
I expect a prompt response and resolution. I have been a loyal customer, but this incident—combined with the lack of follow-up—has left me deeply disappointed and upset. I hope to hear from someone in leadership immediately.

Disgusting went in there yesterday. I figured i would use the bathroom first. So i walked into the men's, and legit was poop everywhere. The toilet was backed up to the point where the urinal was surrounded by poop from the other toilet.I guess these things happen, but it gets worse. When I came in, there was an employee sitting down probably on her break right next to the bathroom. I couldn't even use the men's, so I walked out and told her you should see what's happening there. Now I had to go pretty bad, so legit, I opened the woman's stall and asked if anyone was in there. No one was, so I went in the woman's. Almost just as filthy with the exception of overflowing toilets..it was just trashed.. i will never, and I mean never eat at this McDonald's because if that's how the manager on duty handles the restaurant, not even going to chance it.. the only possible good thing in this review is the the woman I told who might have been on break wasn't there when I came out of the woman's bathroom so maybe someine was told about it and they are doing something. I left the place and felt I should have told a manager or something so I called twice it rang and rang until it asked me for a pass code lol. Never got a hold of anyone place was absolutely a stain on the McDonald's brand

they done messed up my order like 6-7 times! This is the last time i’m dealing with it. They will pay. Then I called them and they were disrespectful over the phone especially the lady who’s been bagging the stuff too accordingly

I recently visited the McDonald's location, and I had the pleasure of being served by Yantel. From the moment I approached the counter, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my order was taken accurately and quickly.
What truly stood out was Yantel's genuine enthusiasm for her work. She took the time to recommend menu items based on my preferences, which made my experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter someone who exudes such passion for customer service, and Yantel certainly did just that!
Throughout my visit, she maintained a positive attitude, even during a busy rush. Her ability to handle multiple orders while still providing personalized service was impressive. It’s clear that she cares deeply about her customers and takes pride in her role.
Thanks to Yantel, my experience at McDonald's was not just a meal, but a delightful outing. I left with a smile and will definitely be returning, hoping to see her again. Thank you, Yantel, for making my day brighter

Good nuggets, long wait.
It took about 20 minutes to get nuggies, fries, and a burger. We paid for lettuce and tomatoes on the burgers, but the only thing added was more mayo than there was meat.
Skip the sandwiches here and just get the nuggets and fries. And be prepared to wait a while for it, as the place seemed to be pretty under staffed.

Nowadays it more or less get your meal and get out!
Order placed in a bag despite me telling them FOR HERE, 3 times!
The plugs that one used to be able to use for charging a laptop are now all deliberately blocked off! To reiterate “ get your meal and get out”
WiFi was so slow google itself would not load and Speedtest were impossible to complete.
I mean why have a lobby when u clearly don’t want guests in it!

I was trying to order in the drive-through, and the girl taking the orders yelled at me and my friends for saying hello twice. We were asking if she was still there after waiting almost 20 minutes. We asked how much longer, and she refused to service us.

I ordered two quarter pounders and two McChickens a fish fillet and a Happy meal a six-piece chicken nugget. when I got the burgers they were raw only the outside of the patty was brown and the inside was light pink.. like only the outside of the patties were cooked.. never again

Do not go here in the middle of night especially after 2 am. Everytime I come here after work, the workers are looking at me confused. 9/10 I don’t receive the food I ordered on the app and have to go through the process of a refund.
