Don’t waste your time. This why I just drive to the one on Pulaski & sibley. It’s sad people apply for a job and lack the basic skills of paying attention. I return my order an explain nothing was warm or fresh and my sandwich was missing stuff. So in return you add an overly excessive amount to the already now cold sandwich and hand it back.

This location has some of the most slowest, no common sense having workers, that give nothing but excuses while waiting on your order. By the time I got through the drive thru line after they took forever to even take my order my fries were cold & hard. I didnt want to wait any longer after explaining this to the girl who tried to act like she didn't know what was going on & pretended like she had given me free fries anyway talking about I can just keep the medium fry. Like huh 😖😤 are you ok?! I paid for both my small & medium fry already, you're not doing me any favor. Anyway, I just drove off. Never again! They are slow & it's just useless arguing with them, they don't care 🙄

Car in front of us ordered, then added more food at the payment window and never left it... It was 10 minutes before the car in front of us DROVE AWAY without going to next window for food their food?! We pull up to pay and they have the audacity to say can you give a minute while the system reboots? No it’s been 10 minutes already, is that why the person in front of us drove away too?!?! Should have just given the 3 people in line their orders on the house while system rebooted and took the L.

There always seems to be an unusually long wait regardless of the number of cars in the line or in the parking lot. They often put onions on my sandwich eventhough I say no onions and reiterate it when I pay but when I bite into the sandwich they OFTEN have onions. I only go because of its convenience.

This place is exceedingly terrible; I was confronted with intense racism as they refused to sell me food. I cannot comprehend why. I tried every means possible, including waiting at the door, yet it remained closed to me, despite this establishment operating 24 hours. I do not understand the reasoning behind this or the intent, so I resorted to using the drive-thru service. It is truly a profoundly painful experience.

This is ridiculous my order is never right and I keep coming back because its in my neighborhood. Today I ordered steak and biscuit meal.. My sandwich dont have steak just egg and cheese. I should've checked it before pulling off because im at work now. This is it I cannot continue to support this location.

Dear McDonald’s Corporate / Store Management,

I am writing to file an urgent complaint regarding a deeply upsetting experience I had at your location on July 25th, 2025 at 5:08 AM, at the McDonald’s located at 3010 West 159th Street, Markham, IL 60426 (Store #738). My order number was #29, placed through the drive-thru.

The female employee who took my order displayed extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior that left me shocked and disturbed. She was short-tempered, abrasive, and handled the interaction with a clear attitude of hostility. Her tone was aggressive from the start, as if my presence inconvenienced her.

The situation escalated when she slammed the drive-thru window in my face without a word and then stormed off visibly angry, muttering what I could clearly hear were profanities in the background. I was left sitting in my car feeling disrespected, humiliated, and completely disregarded as a paying customer.

This is absolutely unacceptable. No one should be treated with such blatant disrespect—especially not at 5 AM when I simply came in for a meal on my way to work. I am beyond upset and feel this deserves immediate attention from management.

I am requesting a personal phone call from upper management or the franchise owner regarding this situation. I need assurance that this will be investigated and addressed seriously, not brushed off. I can be reached at:

I am following up on a serious complaint I submitted regarding the extremely unprofessional and hostile treatment I experienced at your Markham, IL location (3010 West 159th Street, Store #738) on July 25, 2025 at 5:08 AM (Order #29).

Despite the severity of the situation—including a staff member slamming the drive-thru window in my face and cursing audibly in the background—I have not received any acknowledgment, apology, or follow-up from your team. This continued silence is unacceptable and only adds to the disrespect I experienced that morning.

As I stated in my original complaint, I am requesting a personal phone call from management or franchise leadership to discuss how this matter is being addressed. I want to ensure that this behavior is not being tolerated and that no other customer will be treated in such a demeaning way.

I expect a prompt response and resolution. I have been a loyal customer, but this incident—combined with the lack of follow-up—has left me deeply disappointed and upset. I hope to hear from someone in leadership immediately.
