There is a beautiful soul with amazing sapphire blue hair that works there that comforted me during an emotional outpouring of tears. They had the lobby closed, so had to go through the drive-thru. Vehicles (including myself) didn't get any service for almost 10 minutes, so I was basically in the drive-thru line not able to move anywhere.
