I ordered 2 chi bacon #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch no hot peppers on both , they both came with hot peppers, my five year old and myself can eat hot peppers. I can take the off but the sandwich is still hot. One sandwich was supposed to have red on onions , no red onions. Going back to Uber!! I posted pictures on subway website. So hard to get what you ask for and paid for!!!!

The staff is not pleasant at whatsoever, the lady that works in there always has an attitude while making your food. Lastly, the toppings never seem fresh, the lettuce has been brown the last few times I visited so I avoid it. They are lacking good leadership.
Glad I didn't get order after reading the reviews. How you make a bad sandwich? Lol I'm here 8:15am it says they open at 8am on the door. But NOT A JACKER IN SITE! .... UGH

DO NOT RECOMMEND & EVEN the ICE from The soda Machine tasted Dirty DIRTY ? and just ghetto I had ordered online I arrived the lady had no hair net and no real ac they got fans running making all the dusty fly everywhere and skimping hard af got a the beast and not putting the meat portions it takes and the ingredients was nasty the roast beef looks and tastes odd so everything else on the sub was trash also. At the end got a nasty taste after finishing a Half. Waste of my money on my lunch today almost 20 bucks .
Subway corporate contact me this place needs to be shut down.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
- no fresh meat
- no fresh veggies
- no variety of chips
- no understanding of the English language
- wanted to argue about a coupon even after noting that it was separate purchases (me and another person) clearly it states 1 coupon per person!
The food looked old and brown and to top it off (pay close attention!!! To the next statement) THE GIRL WAS DYING HER HAIR DARK BROWN in the back of the store.
WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT!

They do not like making sure you get your money’s worth they portion it to the point you can make these items at home now since they have they sauces in store I will be making sure I don’t shop especially at this location she got mad because it was a bogo deal not my fault

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. I had placed an order using a valid buy-one-get-one-free coupon through the Subway app. Upon arrival for pickup, I informed the staff member that I was there to collect my order. To my surprise, the employee rudely informed me that she had cancelled my order. When I inquired why, she stated, "I'm not going to give you a free sandwich," refusing to honor the coupon issued by Subway corporate.
Further compounding the issue, the cancellation receipt provided misleading information, stating the reason for cancellation as "sandwich/salad was prepared incorrectly." This was clearly untrue and seems to be an attempt to justify the unjust cancellation of my order. It's unacceptable to be misled and to have driven there, incurring toll expenses, only to be turned away due to a staff member's refusal to acknowledge a corporate promotion.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also damages the trust and integrity of the Subway brand. Customers expect to use official promotions without such complications. This incident needs to be addressed to prevent future occurrences and to ensure that promotions are honored as intended.
