I'm just gonna start and say I live 2 minutes away, from this place and I go all the way to tinley park or Orland to get food. When I'm craving Taco Bell, I came back and return the Nacho fries back for the second time. The manager perceived to get an attitude. Because I asked for it, fresh fries for the second time This is unacceptable service, and somebody needs to stop it it seems like in our neighborhood, no food. It's good. The service sucks and the manager's act like regular employees. There's no examples being set or standards of leadership unacceptable. And i'm sick of it, I spend my money with you

I visited this location's drive thru after making an online order, not only was the food delicious but the service I received was excellent as well. The cashier Ian H was extremely kind & friendly. His positive attitude made the experience really pleasant & will definitely make me return. With that being said shoutout to you Ian, you're awesome! :)

I paid for the Street Chalupas Box. They sealed the box with a sticker. I should have checked them before leaving. They were hard. I ate one without inspecting it first. The cheese was brown, dry and hard between the tortilla and chalupa bread. They were hard as rocks. I took pictures but can't upload to my review. I hope I don't get sick. I threw the rest away in the garbage. I will not go here again. This location needs to do better.
