White castles don't went up for two cheeseburger sliders. It cost me $4 and $0.97 and when you ordered a little potato tots it's $3.75. that's a lot of money for the two burgers. I paid $5 for them so you judge for yourself where the White castles is getting out of order and I'll never go to the White castles that's on 147 in Cicero because they sell old food and hamburgers especially after I guess. The boss is going home at night and they just give you anything up there but the but the hamburgers on $150 on 59th and Cathy. They sell good hamburgers but it's just it's just too high for me now. I'm 77. + I don't need to go there but they do give you a tempers a 5% or something discount for seniors so that helped very little cuz his food don't went sky high. So have a great day all you lovers of the truth +

Message at a local White Castle, I usually go through drive through, but I have dined in before service is usually pretty good once in a while. I'd be a little slow depending on if someone has called off or not, there's been times I've been there 2 people working the whole thing, but they did a great job considering those drive preparing it and sometimes even cooking inside , however , might suffer a little bit , but nothing to really complain about

The absolute worst. No workers, terrible service and thrown together food. We went through the drive thru and she was on the phone with a personal call.

I was so excited to try White Castle in person. Unfortunately it was Soggy burgers that tasted just like their frozen island burgers. I was hoping in person would be better, it us exactly the same as the frozen version you microwave.

This place blows! Been in the area about 4 years went to this location atleast 5 times max 10, and id say 3 times I ate inside 3 4 times i got drive through and stood in line after ordering minimum 30 minutes no matter if there was 5+ cars in front of me or no cars in front of me,
regardless any fast food spot i go to i know to check the food before I leave because with fast food you get your order wrong or cold or someome else's food, and I can say at this place they done all 3 to me, on top of the fact that the wait times are 30 minutes and up no matter the time of day, everytime I came here I always have to take the food back inside cause it's wrong and here's the best part of this review
there's always a line of people who also got the wrong food and are now going to wait 20+ minutes a a time to get their food right, and believe me when I say I I atleast 5 6 people after waiting 30 minutes just get fed up and say just give me the money back keep the food
if you have all the time in the world and have the hunger for white castle and don't mind having to deal with getting the wrong food and waiting to get your food done right then give it a try cause I will say when done right it's just as good as any white castle, hire more people, hire people that actually listen and try to work or shut it down and put something else up until then a 2 star rating is the absolute best this place can hope for

Y’all need to be getting paid $5 an hour because that’s the type of service you deliver. The lines could be empty and y’all still mess the order up. Maybe if you guys stop slapping the top of your head and focus on your work people wouldn’t leave bad reviews.
Chicken rings still had powder on them or what you use to fried them. Taste like they were drunk in grease and take out immediately

Terrible service. Waited 25 - 30 min for my order. They need more help during the evening hours. The staff is not proactive when receiving orders. I will be avoiding this place during evening hours.
