Went to this White Castle’s drive thru earlier today and was helped by Cierra, who took my order and also processed it through the window. Her outstanding attitude and excellent customer service was very refreshing to see in a young person. So much so that I made her an instant job offer on the spot for my own customer service opening I’m currently recruiting for; but unfortunately she politely turned me down. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at this location, or from any White Castle ever. Cierra, keep up the excellent work. Thank you.

Went through drive through. Food was so expensive…inflation, sure. But my order was about $30 and they didn’t give me half my food.
Missing a whole meal. And an extra slider. It’s so late I’m too tired to leave my home and go back up there. Wtf kind of system are y’all running up there. The young lady’s asked for my bag back as I was grabbing it and fixed something….just for me to get home and have half of my order missing. Straight up..a number 2 and a Smokey Joe sandwich. I shoulda checked but Gollie! Cmon White Castle. Hire or train better
