I was visiting the Chicago-area and was craving some good ole' White Castle Burgers. I ordered the meal that included lettuce, bacon, and tomato. The burgers were dry and lackluster. The milkshake machine was down (so cliché) and after driving away, I realized there were napkins. This is the 1st time I can say Krystal's was actually better than White Castles! Very disappointing.

The afro american lady that waited on me was so professional, warm and caring. I had never experienced a person like her. She was very concern of my satisfaction and whether it was anything else she could do to help me. My mom who has dementia made a positive comment about the young lady's kindness. Please promote her to manager soon. I m from flossmoor IL and will always stop here when I come to the city. I will tell all my friends and family!!!

My order of 2 white castles with no cheese (they still put cheese on it) and a small fry took over 15 mins and there were only 2 cars in front of me. By the time i got my food, it was cold, and they didn't even fill the box of fries. It's absolutely horrible here.
