Sausage egg and cheese McMuffin were tasteless, had no salt, pepper or some secret ingredients, and were cold. Very disappointed in the taste, cheese was cold and unmelted, but was traveling and couldn't go back and wait another 10 minutes or go inside. Is that the way you serve the 2 for 6 dollars items, cut corners? Lower prices = poor quality is not the way to increase sales.

Struggled trying to use the self-checkout, the manager was not at the register but watching me. Went to the front desk to order because of the hassle with the machine. Apparently the machine took my code and did not take my order. I told the manager that my code was already used on the machine and he seen that the order was not placed. Instead of helping me redeem my coupon he said there was nothing he could do. Ordered anyway just to get a breakfast bagel sandwich that was like a cracker. One of the worst McDonald's to go to

This particular McDonalds was disappointing. You can usually count on consistent quality. But my diet coke was flat. Unfortunately, we were traveling and I didn't discover this until after we had left. So I couldn't let them know.
Couldn't break my hundred after she opened the register, then nobody knew what to do so I could pay with a card. Waited for several minutes while the cashier wouldn't speak or even look at me. Then we left!

took them SIXTEEN(16) min to make my order which was a simple one. Then the fries were cold. They do have plenty of truck parking which is nice but that’s all that was nice

Only came through to get an ice water I've been to probably 200 McDonald's locations and never had them tell me they weren't allowed to serve me and ice water. I had never been to this location before and at this point I have no reason to return.
