Los Tres Caminos is a very clean and friendly typical small town Mexican restaurant. The floors and tables are virtually sparkling, and the scent of clean is in the air. The food and service are fabulous. The veggie chimichanga had amazing flavor, and the steak fajita quesadilla with Mexican rice, refried beans, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pico de gallo sauce was fresh and amazing. The chips and salsa are consistent and outstanding. The service is always prompt and attentive. The restaurant is a good sign when busy with locals. It is easy on-off for travelers along I-70, with multiple gas stations adjacent. Parking a semi in the abandoned lot next door is possible. The staff are unforgettable human beings, and the food and drink, including delicious margaritas, are very good.
