Yummy Fummy

Came for lunch like I normally do and most of the time the workers are great but this time there was a manager who was taking my order and she was completely rude the whole time. Honestly very disappointed in how she acted towards me. I for one will never go back to this establishment until I know she has been either fired or quit... I love subway but it's not worth coming in and geting rude customer service.

My fiance and daughter came in with an order of 5 - ft long sandwiches and salads. 3 of the orders we were receiving over the phone as we walked down the line. Emily was working. A real trooper ! She hung in there, smiled as she went about her work, just made the whole fiasco go so much easier than it could have been. She deserves a pat on the back for outstanding customer service, excellent attitude and in my book, going above and beyond to make sure we as a group (including the phone orders) had excellent customer satisfaction. We have gone to this restaurant many times in the past 20+ years, and I cannot ever leaving there and being this satisfied with a restaurant. Kudos to Emily, you're the best ! Thank You.

Everytime we come here we never get a reciept and when we ask for one its "too difficult to reprint" or "we dont have time for that". We always order the cold cut combo add extra turkey and have never gotten extra turkey but always paid for it. The advertise Soup Is Back! And yet never any soup. They posted they were under new management a few months back but its still the same people. Subway corporate needs to shut this store down im tired of wasting money on things i dont get and not knowing how much i paid for everything.

The sign outside says soup is back!! I've tried twice to get it so far once in the afternoon once at 1:15 I was told no soup so I asked when I could get it? The response was lunch time. 1:15 is lunch time to me so I'm just confused. Maybe you shouldn't put things on your sign if you don't have it or aren't willing to fix it.

Not good is a generous rating for this particular location. I was traveling and stopped at this facility for lunch and due to the rudeness of the employee waiting on the customer in front of me I decided to not eat there after witnessing this. My 5 year old niece ordered a drink and accidentally spilled the entire drink on the table and floor. When I asked for assistance, the same employee handed me a couple of napkins for me to clean up. Of course I did not. Totally appalled by my experience! September 17, 2022 at approximately 1:00pm.

I honestly would leave a 0 star review. I have never encountered such a rude employee. She acted ticked just to be bothered. She threw my stuff at me, threw napkins at us when my granddaughter spilled my drink. When I asked if she had put American cheese on a saJewish, she snapped that is was already done. She was rude to her co-worker. I get people have bad days and I always one to give someone grace, but she just continued. She. Was. Awful. 9/17/22 1:00pm
